A little over 100 years ago, the  Three Rivers waterfront area was occupied by about 2000 Native Americans.  Little has changed; the river is clean and clear, the land has been developed some, but the scenic beauty remains.

Today there are waterfront parcels as small as 1/2 an acre, horse properties from 2 acres up, to large ranch properties up to 3000 acres.    The capacity of Lake Kaweah has been expanded, and this year it will hold almost twice as much water as it has in the past.

One of us is always "on duty" and available to give you maps, information, or a tour, even at the last minute. You don't  need to worry, we will never bother you with phone calls or emails. You can be as independent as you like!  We can introduce you to the area and hopefully you will see our value; we have a combined forty years of experience living and working in Three Rivers.  Three Rivers is different; there are no tract homes, every lot is a different size, and each neighborhood has a unique personality.  We have resident celebrities, CEO's of large corporations,  farmers, ranchers, artists, and cowboys.
