Just imagine how wonderful it is to live at the entrance to Sequoia National Park and along the fresh, crystal clear Kaweah Rivers. The sounds of the rivers fill the town, and as you drive around Three Rivers you are always along one of the rivers. The High Sierras are huge at the end of the Kaweah Canyon - Moro Rock and Alta Peak are commanding.

Imagine the roar of the Kaweah River. Imagine how great it is to hear the river all year long? Most people say they never sleep better than when they are along the River. At times you can hear boulders rolling down the river. When there is high water, rocks roll down the river and give off sparks as they hit each other. It is so glorious to swim in the river. The rivers are a series of pools and falls as they cascade down from the towering Sierra's. The water is beautiful, it glistens in the sun. In the summer we go for a swim a couple of times a day to refresh and cool our body core.

A little over 100 years ago, the Three Rivers waterfront area was occupied by about 2000 Native Americans.  Little has changed; the river is clean and clear, the land has been developed some, but the scenic beauty remains. A small town of about 2800 people midway up the State of California, at the entrance to Sequoia National Park.  We are at 1000 ft elevation, which gives us four nice seasons, but not much snow, and perched above the San Joaquin Valley
